Tallahassee, Florida. Florida State racked up a season high of 586 yards all-round offense, touching down eight different players, and scoring the final 59 points of the game in a 59-3 win over UMass at Doak Campbell Stadium. The win was the Seminoles’ third win in a row – the first winning streak of three games since 2016.

Florida State scored five dazzling touchdowns, a total of two receiving touchdowns, and also scored a defensive TD. The Seminoles’ 59 points were the most scored by a Florida state team since they scored 77 in a 2017 victory over the state of Delaware.

The Seminoles stormed to a season high of 365 yards. Jashaun Corbin led the Seminoles offensive attack with 127 yards rushing and a touchdown at 11 carries. He averaged an astonishing 11.5 yards per carry. Lawrance Toafili took a total of 63 yards over four carries for an average of 15.8 yards per carry and added one more touchdown.

Florida State defensively held the Minutemen for a total of 241 yards (129 passing and 112 rushing), 14 first downs and only 15 completed passes. The Seminoles recorded multiple interceptions for the second time this season.

Quarterback Jordan Travis completed five out of 10 passes for 123 yards while running 78 yards with nine carries – an average of 8.7 yards per carry. His day ended in Florida State’s first possession in the third quarter when he was replaced by Chubba Purdy.
