  • Kate Beckinsale, 48, just showed off her long, slender legs in a brand new Instagram post.
  • The actress looked stronger than ever while posing in a ruffled sheer black mini dress with a long train.
  • Grueling interval workouts six days a week and the occasional yoga class help Kate stay fit.

This is not an exercise: Kate Beckinsale has another Head Leg moment. the shock star, 48, just posted a brand new one Photo dump on Instagram with her super shaped lower half. In the pictures, Kate is wearing a see-through, ruffled, black mini dress that is short in the front and has a long train.

“💕💕💕💕💕💕”, Kate captioned her post. And the fans couldn’t believe how well trained she looks. “Beautiful,” wrote Paris Hilton while someone else added, “fittttttt.” (Symbols that support symbols? You like to see it.)

Fortunately, Kate has been more than open about the intense fitness routine she follows to stay in such great shape.

Kate gave it away Womens health that she usually works out six days a week with her trainer, Brad Siskind of Gunnar Peterson’s gym. Kate likes to work up a sweat in the morning – and according to Brad, she’s unstoppable in the gym.

“She is a strong person,” he said NS. “She rarely misses a workout. If she does, there’s a good reason. Otherwise, she’ll crush it.”

Brad helps Kate shape her whole body with eight compound exercises, each training two different muscle groups. That could mean doing situps with combo punches or moving through a bicep curl while she squats.

Kate then does a 90 to 120 second cardio interval, either on the VersaClimber or a rowing machine. Then she repeats the same set of compound exercises – this time with an added challenge, like more repetitions or heavier weights. She later crushes another cardio interval. And every workout ends with a stretch. (TBH, I’m exhausted just thinking about it.)

Outside of the gym, Kate does some of her favorite quick exercises as pick-me-ups. Mini trampoline workouts in her kitchen are one of her favorite exercises: Kate says the classes she streams on the LEKFit app are “the biggest.”

“It makes you feel kind of funny!” She explained.

On other days, especially when traveling, Kate prefers a short yoga class. “You will find yourself in Bulgaria and you don’t know anyone and they will say, ‘Well we have a coach who is available and his name is literally The Punisher,'” she said NS.

Um, yike. Instead of this, Kate brings recorded yoga workouts from Mandy Ingber and Jessica James. But recently she had to pause her training after injuring her back while filming The inmate.

“After making eight or 900 action films, I was injured putting on leggings in my hotel room,” she said The Late Late Show with James Corden. “I was in my hotel room putting on some leggings and it felt like some kind of guitar string had broken and everything was horrible. I mean worse than having a baby that is bad, so bad, not lying down, I couldn’t sit down. I couldn’t do anything. “

As for her diet, Kate eats a high protein diet high in vegetables. For breakfast, she loves chicken or a plate of pasture butter eggs. Lunch and dinner could be her favorite salad with radishes, Brussels sprouts and safflower oil or a piece of salmon. As for the snack, she loves a good potato chip – that one too.

Now Kate is back in her best shape (and clearly living her best life). Kill it!
